TELLURIUM.io is the implementation of the patented

“TELLUS BLOCKCHAIN PROTOCOL” developed by the Tellus Title Company.

The TELLUS BLOCKCHAIN PROTOCOL creates a three dimensional system and method for recording real estate rights on a decentralized, open, peer-to-peer, blockchain network. This blockchain network allows for smart contracts and multi-signature wallets to be anchored to a geo-coded blockchain.

With an integrated 3-D universal property identifying system, timestamped, and geo-coded, the real estate ecosystem is free to develop decentralized applications such as an international real estate marketplace with proof of ownership on the blockchain.

A blockchain geo-coded at the protocol level makes use cases specific to real estate more effective. Tools under development include a blockchain explorer where we can view applications running such as a decentralized land registry amongst many other applications conducive for the real estate industry.
